supervison and coaching

Coaching and supervision are very similar in their approach. Both forms of counselling are aimed at professionals who are looking for a way to examine their personal situation in the context of their professional work, to recognize development opportunities and to take personal responsibility. They are aimed at individuals as well as groups and teams.

  • Individual supervision and coaching serves, among other things, to accompany professional developments, to deal with conflicts, to strengthen personal competencies.
  • Team supervision and coaching aims to support and accompany teams in their work processes, to open up a space for joint reflection and thus to strengthen the professional relationships of those involved.
  • Group supervision and coaching is aimed at people of the same profession who work in different organizations. It serves the purpose of securing and strengthening professionalism together.
